Melissa Stone Cannon Hill

Outstanding experience dealing with Dean & the repair of split leaking hose in my kitchen. Incredibly prompt, clear, friendly & professional while providing a rapid solution & extremely fair pricing. Wouldn't hesitate to contact again if the need arises and absolutely will be recommending to friends & neighbours

Paul Miller New Farm

I recently had Dean undertake the replacement of a hot water system. He was very competitive, punctual and his work quality was 1st class. I unashamedly recommend him as a quality, ethical tradesman. He is also a really nice bloke.

Andrew Harvey Murarrie

We've used Dean for years now and have always found him honest, reliable, good at problem solving and overall cannot recommend him enough.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Once every now and again, one comes across truly exceptional service. I'm delighted to say that Dean provides exactly this! I had a rogue tap that wouldn't turn off and it threatened to re-enact Disney's The Sorcerer's Apprentice - Fantasia Broom Scene; well you know what I mean! Anyhoo, a quick call to Dean, on a Sunday no less, and here was there in 15 minutes. It took about as much time to solve the problem of the unruly torrent.
To say that I was impressed is a total understatement.
As we collectively hurtle towards an over priced, couldn't give a hoot, less human future; here stands a man and his company that really exemplifies service and professionalism at a very reasonable price.
Don't be fooled, this guy is a unicorn and the real McCoy.
